• All participants must sign a release form prior to participating in an activity
• Reservations are non-refundable unless canceled more than 72 hours in advance of scheduled rental date or the National Weather Service issues an extreme weather advisory for the area. There is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations that require a refund
• All multi-day and offsite paddleboard and kayak rentals require a $500 damage authorization (credit card only) at the time of rental
