Renters are responsible for all damage to AWS boats, jet skis, and equipment.
Reservations are non-refundable unless canceled more than 72 hours in advance of scheduled rental date or the National Weather Service issues an extreme weather advisory for the area. There is a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations that require a refund.
All boat and jet skis rentals require a $1000 damage authorization (credit card only) at the time of rental. All multi-day paddleboard and kayak rentals require a $500 damage authorization (credit card only) at the time of rental. Damage deposit will be reversed (usually comes off in a 2-3 business day period pending on your bank's policy) once the boat or jet ski is returned undamaged.
All boat rentals must be refueled and returned to our docks by the end of your reserved time. Boats not re-fueled will be charged a $100 service fee plus the cost to refuel. For every 15 min late there is a $75 charge.
Overnight rentals must notify AWS where the boat will be moored overnight. No boat operation from dusk to dawn. Renters must provide a safe mooring, and are responsible for all damage to AWS boats, jet skis, and equipment.
All participants must complete and sign all rental forms; there are to be no additional participants after the checkout.
Weather and water conditions can change quickly and become dangerous. Renters must monitor both at all times.
No dogs, no smoking, and no beaching the boat and/or jet ski. There is a $500 fee plus cost of damages that will be enforced per violation.
A 10% multi-day discount is given for a product that is rented for 4 or more consecutive days and is built into our online pricing.
